This fall, all 25 MySushi restaurants in Estonia started using Markus' sales system, which provides customers the option of online presales service. In addition, using the Scan&Pay solution, MySushi customers can quickly and conveniently order their favorite meals and drinks from the menu using a QR code in the restaurant.

MySushi restaurants previously used the CompuCash cash register system and web environment to serve customers. "The transition to Markus meant a transition to a more capable all-in-one software ecosystem that not only solves the complexities of the administration and sales process but also offers a unique online sales solution," said Oskar Rossar, CEO of APL Digital Solutions. From now on, sushi restaurant customers can order their food in advance by using a smart device or computer and collect it from the restaurant at the desired time. The customers now also have the opportunity to benefit from the chain’s loyalty program and discount options.

For the MySushi restaurant chain, the transition to Markus primarily means greater flexibility, the opportunity to offer a faster and more convenient service to the customer and to make quick changes to the system if necessary - previously, several different programs had to be used, and simple updates took an unreasonably long time. "Instead of the previous three programs, we now use only one - Markus. Using Markus greatly simplified the management of restaurant menus; the program is fast and requires less financial and time resources from its user," said Kristi Saluste, CEO of MySushi.

"Markus is very flexible, so there is no need to replace the software when the restaurant's business model grows or changes - it adapts to the company’s needs."
